I have dedicated more than 20 years to coaching soccer and mentoring student-athletes, helping them grow both on and off the field. As the head coach at Fort Hamilton High School, I’ve had the privilege of building a highly competitive program and leading the team to 8 Brooklyn Conference championships over a 15-year span. Alongside my coaching experience, I bring 29 years of teaching experience, which has given me a deep understanding of how to connect with students and athletes of all ages and learning styles. I also hold USSF and PSAL coaching certifications, along with First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications. Coaching has always been more than just winning games for me. I am passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, develop leadership skills, and foster a lifelong love for soccer while creating an environment where every player has the opportunity to succeed.
Adan Khodorkovsky
JUNIOR COACH
With over 15 years of playing and 5 plus years of coaching experience, I’ve dedicated my life to the game of soccer both on and off the field. My playing career reached a major milestone during my senior year at Fort Hamilton High School, where I finished as the PSAL leading scorer in Brooklyn. Following high school, I competed for FC Copa in USL League Two during the 2022 season before continuing my development internationally with the Under 23 team of Hércules CF in Alicante, Spain. Currently, I play for the Brooklyn College men’s soccer team while pursuing my academic goals. Alongside my playing career, I have built a strong passion for coaching and player development. I began coaching at just 16 years old as an assistant coach at Dutch Total Soccer camps before moving on to coach both group and private training sessions with Super Soccer Stars. After returning from Spain, I joined Bay Ridge Preparatory School as a coach for both the middle school and high school soccer programs, helping lead the high school team to an ISAL Championship in 2025. I hold a USSF D Coaching License and am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to connect with and mentor players from diverse backgrounds. Coaching gives me the opportunity to give back to the sport that has shaped my life, and I take pride in helping young athletes grow not only as players, but also as individuals on and off the field.
